Thank you for shopping with HaircentialbyRoberta! 💜 We are committed to making sure your wigs and bundles are packaged with care and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically receive the free-shipping option at checkout.

Express shipping may be available for an additional fee. Express shipping only speeds up the carrier’s delivery time and does not reduce our 2–5 business day processing time.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

HaircentialbyRoberta is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delays may occur that are outside of HaircentialbyRoberta’s control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and the shipping carrier as soon as possible. We will assist with available tracking information and, when appropriate, the carrier’s claim process.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays, sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
